Scrapers and automation
The repetitive work, done without you
We build custom scrapers and automations for whatever a person is currently doing by hand. These are the ones we get asked for most, and the first three are jobs we run for our own business growth.
LinkedIn auto poster
Queues posts and publishes them to LinkedIn on a schedule through the official Posts API, so a week of content goes out without anyone opening the app. We run one of these ourselves.

Substack auto poster
Takes a finished draft and schedules it to Substack with the images and formatting already in place. This one runs on our own newsletter and our own account, which is the only basis we will build it on, because Substack publishes no API for it.

Leads scrapers
Builds prospect lists from public business sources: company name, website, published business contact details and firmographics. Deduplicated against what you already hold and dropped into a sheet or your CRM. Public business data only, never individual profile scraping.

Directory and maps scraping
Collects business listings for a category and area through official directory and maps APIs where they publish one, and from public directory pages where they do not: name, address, phone, website, opening hours. Useful for territory research and local outreach.

Competitor monitoring
Watches competitor pages for changes in price, stock, copy or new pages appearing, and keeps a history so you can see what moved and when rather than only where it landed.

CRM and tool sync
Keeps two systems agreeing with each other without a human copying rows. A form fill, a payment or a new deal in one tool creates or updates the matching record in the other.

Report generation
Assembles the numbers you check every week from the places they live, writes them into a formatted report or dashboard, and sends it to whoever needs it on the morning they need it.

Content repurposing
Turns one piece of long content into the short versions it should have become anyway: post variants, an email intro, a summary. AI drafts them, a person approves before anything publishes.

Alerting
Tells you when something matters instead of when a schedule says so. A stock level, a broken page, a failed payment, a mention of your brand, sent to email, Slack or WhatsApp.
Runs on: VPS, continuous checks
Most of these run on a VPS or a cloud server on a schedule, so they keep working after handover with nobody sitting at a keyboard. If the job you have in mind is not listed, describe it. If a person can do it in a browser, it can usually be automated.
How our pricing works
Four rules we do not bend
Starting prices are real
The figure on each card is what the smallest sensible version of that service actually costs, not a teaser we walk back on the call.
The quote is fixed
Once we have scoped the work you get one number in writing. If we underestimate, that is our problem, not a change order.
Scope drives price, not page count
Ten near-identical service pages cost less than one custom booking flow. We price the hard parts, not the easy ones.
You own everything
Code, domain, hosting and analytics are registered in your name from day one, whichever service you buy.

Can I combine services?
Most projects do. A typical build is web development plus UI/UX design and SEO, quoted as one fixed price rather than three separate invoices. Tell us the outcome you want and we will tell you which services get you there.
What if my project does not fit any of these?
Then describe it anyway. If it runs in a browser we have probably built something close, and if it genuinely is not our thing we will say so and point you at someone whose thing it is.
Do you work with agencies as a white label partner?
Yes. A meaningful share of our work is delivered under another agency's brand, with us as the development team behind it. We can sign an NDA and stay entirely invisible to your client.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a week of the quote being agreed. Small builds on the Starter package can start sooner. Larger custom applications get a scoped start date so we are not juggling your project against another.
Do you charge hourly?
No. Every project is a fixed price agreed before work begins. Ongoing maintenance runs on a monthly plan. There is no hourly meter running while you think about a change.
