Can you maintain a website you didn't build?

Yes. We'll start with an audit of your current setup and then take over ongoing maintenance. There's no requirement to have been the original developer.

How fast do you respond to issues?

Critical issues (site down, checkout broken) are prioritized immediately. Standard bugs are typically resolved within 24–48 hours.

Do you offer one-off support without a monthly plan?
