Dispatch Portal Rebuild & Migration

Rebuilt the dispatch portal that runs day-to-day operations for a large Canadian transport company. The system was migrated off ASP.NET onto PHP and Laravel, then upgraded end to end: dispatchers assign loads and drivers, log trips, track vehicles and pull operational reports from one portal instead of several disconnected screens. The heavy work was on the data layer, where reworking the queries, indexing and payloads turned retrieving large datasets from something a dispatcher waited on into something that returns while they are still looking at the screen.

Business CRM & Invoicing System

Built a custom CRM for a Derby-based vehicle security company that fits Thatcham-approved trackers, immobilisers and alarms across the UK, much of it as mobile installs at a customer's home or workplace. The system holds client and vehicle records, schedules jobs against installers, generates quotes and invoices, takes payment through Stripe, and reports on the business from one place. It replaced a stack of disconnected spreadsheets and tools with a single system built around how they actually book and complete a fitting.

Conversion-Focused Landing Page Redesign

Redesigned the landing page for a Greater Manchester vehicle-security company selling insurance-approved Thatcham S5 and S7 trackers and Ghost immobilisers with free mobile fitting. Paid and organic traffic was arriving and leaving. We used our own Leadfnf tool to watch real sessions and found the drop-off sat on the enquiry form, made worse by a slow page on mobile. We rebuilt the page in Laravel around a shorter form, cut the load time, and put the product and price detail where buyers were looking for it. A/B testing put conversion at 4% before and 12% after, which brought the cost per lead down with it.

What's included in a monthly maintenance plan?

At minimum: security updates, backups, and uptime monitoring. Higher-tier plans include bug fixes, performance optimization, and a set number of development hours per month.

Can you maintain a website you didn't build?

Yes. We'll start with an audit of your current setup and then take over ongoing maintenance. There's no requirement to have been the original developer.
