Designed, built and maintain QBotly, our own AI chatbot builder for website customer service. A business creates a bot, trains it on its own content, and embeds it on the site to answer the questions that would otherwise arrive by email, without writing any code. It is built entirely in-house by the Lipsum Technologies team, from concept through to production, hosting and the releases that keep going out. It is also the clearest thing we can point at when a client asks whether we understand AI products rather than just talk about them.

AI Interview Platform & Full Redesign

Built and integrated an AI-powered finance interview simulator. Candidates practise against a curated bank of questions drawn from real finance interviews, covering accounting, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, capital markets, industry-specific questions, brain teasers, behavioural questions and the resume walkthrough. The AI coach answers with a worked explanation, then reviews the candidate's own answer and points at the mistakes and weak areas so practice can be targeted rather than random. We also delivered a full redesign of the platform, rebuilding the UI and the flow through a practice session from the ground up.

IVR Design for a Call Tracking Platform

CallPanther is call tracking software for marketing agencies and businesses. It gives each marketing channel its own trackable phone number, then records, forwards and reports on the calls, texts and voicemails those numbers bring in, with call whisper announcing the source to whoever picks up. We designed the IVR system: the menus a caller hears, the options they can choose, and the routing rules that decide which team or number each choice sends the call to. The work was making the call flow simple for the caller and still flexible enough for an agency running many clients and many numbers on one account.
