Whitecourt's portal sat on a very large database and had grown slow, pages took around 10 seconds to load, which made tracking the fleet and pulling accurate figures painful.

Redesigned the database, backend and frontend together so the whole system stays fast and reliable at scale.

Linked Samsara tracking into the portal so fleet location and telematics flow in directly.
