Migrated a large, slow dispatch portal to a modern stack, redesigning the database, backend and frontend, and integrated the Samsara API for accurate, faster tracking.

The situation
Where they started
Whitecourt's portal sat on a very large database and had grown slow, pages took around 10 seconds to load, which made tracking the fleet and pulling accurate figures painful.
