The situation
Where it started.
NVX were driving paid and organic traffic to a landing page that looked fine but wasn't converting. The page loaded slowly and the layout made the enquiry form awkward to complete — especially on mobile.
We ran their traffic through Leadfnf, our in-house lead-tracking tool, to see exactly where visitors dropped off. The data was clear: a large share of visitors reached the enquiry form and then left without submitting.
